Description (from lintian-explain-tags)
A package name should be at least two characters long, must consist of the
alphanumerics (lowercase characters only) and "+" "-" and ".", and must
start with an alphanumeric character.
Please refer to Package (Section 5.6.7) in the Debian Policy Manual for
details.
