0002-use-system-libesmi-dev.patch The upstream CMakeLists.txt attempts to git-clone `esmi_ib_library` at configure time. Since libesmi-dev is now a build dependency, remove the git fetch
block entirely (including the amd_hsmp.h copy into the bundled tree) and use the
system-installed library instead. ESMI_INC_DIR is set to /usr/include/e_smi where
libesmi-dev installs its headers; ESMI_LIB is set directly to the known library path
under CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR, bypassing find_library which fails when
CMAKE_LIBRARY_ARCHITECTURE is not populated in the build environment. The library is
linked directly rather than compiled from source. e_smi_monitor.h and e_smi_utils.h
