| 0011-relax-seq-check-settings.patch | Relax seq check_settings for RAGA / default configurations The seq_block check_settings function in BART 1.0.01 rejected any configuration whose pe_mode was not SEQ_PEMODE_TURN, together with a number of other hard-coded restrictions (encoding, turns, echoes, spoiling, 3D, non-sequential multislice). This made it impossible to generate RAGA-spokes sequences and broke the corresponding unit tests (utests/test_flash.c: test_raga_spokes, test_raga_spokes_full; utests/test_seq.c: test_block_minv_init_delay, test_block_minv_multislice), so 'make utest' failed and the binary package could not be built. Keep only the checks that are actually meaningful for the sequence generation (phase-encode dimension, maximum number of slices, and the RAGA spokes restrictions for non-binary contexts), matching the fix applied upstream. |
