Adds minimalistic manpages This patch adds minimalistic POD documentation to scripts that are installed in /usr/bin. Manual pages will be autogenerated and installed during the build process.
Gives a whatis entry to each manpages A manual page should start with a `NAME' section, which lists the name and a brief description of the page separated by '\-'. These sections are parsed by `mandb' and stored in a database for the use of `apropos' and `whatis'.
fixes error, which appears when module GO::IO::Dotty is attempted to be used: "Can't use a hash as a reference at /usr/share/perl5/GO/IO/Dotty.pm line 104"
