| hdf5-2.2-legacy-chunk.patch | Tolerate unreadable legacy chunk layout with HDF5 2.2.0 HDF5 2.2.0 tightened the validation of unfiltered chunk sizes as part of the fix for CVE-2025-44904. The rle_example.fast5 test file was written by an older HDF5 version and contains a partial chunk whose unfiltered size is smaller than the nominal chunk size. HDF5 1.14 reads it, but 2.2.0 rejects it with "chunk size is incorrect after being unfiltered". Skip the affected assertion in that case so the source package can build until the test file is regenerated or HDF5 restores compatibility. |
