revert_to_pypi_0.3.0.patch	revert code to 0.3.0 as published on PyPi Upstream did not tag their releases in git nor do they provide a tarball from pypi, only a wheel. Given the dormant state of upstream, this is unlikely to change and we decided to track upstream in d/watch via git on the latest HEAD. Now, python projects pulling the plantuml module in as a dependency will typically expect the code which pip installs for them, which means we have to revert plantuml.py to the state as it is published on PyPi for version 0.3.0.
