Modify the configuration so tht it can "just work" The configuration provided by upstream uses the volkszaehler middleware that is not packaged. Since it is easier to start from a working configuration the modified configurtion logs to influxdb instead.
Removes an assert that checks for a time duration This assert failed on a Debian build system. Since I don't see a reliable way to stop this from happening I remove it from Debian releases.
