fal-update-cflags-ldflags.patch fal: update CFLAGS and LDFLAGS
fal/CMakeLists.txt invokes the driver's Makefile.Linux with a hard-coded
CFLAGS on the make command line. This overrides both the --std=c11 that
the driver Makefile sets itself and any user-supplied compiler flags.

driver/src/routing/xaie_routing.c uses aligned_alloc(), which was
introduced in C11. In C99 mode glibc's <stdlib.h> does not declare it,
so the build hits -Wimplicit-function-declaration, which is an error by
default since GCC 14.

Switch to -std=c11 to match the driver's own Makefile, and pass
CMAKE_C_FLAGS and set LDFLAGS="${CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS}" to ensure
that the system build flags are passed through to the driver.

cmake-bump-minimum-required-to-3.5.patch cmake: bump minimum required version to 3.5
CMake 4.0 removed compatibility with cmake_minimum_required(VERSION < 3.5),
so configuring fal/ and driver/ now fails with:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.

Bump the declared minimum in both top-level CMakeLists.txt files to 3.5
so the package configures with CMake >= 4 (e.g. CMake 4.2 in Ubuntu
26.04). 3.5 is older than the CMake shipped in any currently supported
LTS, so this does not regress older build environments.

use-system-liburing.patch driver: use system liburing
Instead of using the bundled liburing, use the system's liburing library and
headers.
