| big-endian.patch | read binary collections as little-endian on big-endian hosts ReadInt() copied the file bytes straight into a host-order integer. Collections are little-endian, so on big-endian architectures (s390x, ppc64, powerpc, sparc64, hppa, m68k) the version header never matched, OpenBinary() rejected every binary collection, the text parser found no links in it, and amule-emc printed nothing. The binary-collection autopkgtest caught it on s390x. . Backport of the aMule fix for the same code: only the ReadInt() part applies, amule-emc has no LooksLikeBinary(). . Not forwarded: amule-emc upstream has been inactive since 2016, and the fix is already in aMule, where this code comes from. |
