Most Linux distributions package abletonlink and therefore do not want
to rely on a vendored version of the library.
Add the `BESPOKE_SYSTEM_ABLETONLINK` cmake option to allow using a
system-wide installed abletonlink.

fonts.patch Franklin Gothic fonts are problematic as they are most likely licensed under a restrictive license. Moreover, they elicit lintian warnings
'truetype-font-prohibits-installable-embedding' due to present embedding
flags. I have replaced them with FreeSans fonts which look similar to me,
albeit have different widths.
