| otf-thread-join.patch | join OTF server thread before freeing its socket at shutdown ChucK::shutdown() called pthread_cancel() on the OTF listener thread and then immediately closed/freed carrier->otf_socket and set it to NULL, without waiting for the thread to terminate. When a script finishes quickly the thread may not yet have reached accept() (a cancellation point), so it then calls ck_accept() on a freed or NULL socket and segfaults. The script output is correct but chuck exits with SIGSEGV, causing random test suite failures (worst on ppc64el, where it made the build fail). Join the thread after cancelling it. |
