do not warn about portability issues -Wportability was disabled when using silent rules in automake =<1.12. This is no longer the case with automake >= 1.13 and results in a failed build (because of gtk-doc.make).
Reverts to automake <= 1.12 behaviour for now, should be droped as soon gtk-doc.make is fixed.
