Use the generic resources, not local copies shipped with the source: * en/schema/tdg.dtd: The TDG should be DocBook XML v4.5. Also use the Public ID for DocBook EBNF. * ru/stylesheets/identity.xsl: Ditto. Do not use a System ID that points to the local copy. . * en/stylesheets/htmlhelp.xsl: Use the online location for the current docbook-xsl distribution.
