| do-not-use-sys.exit-.-in-python-snippet-for-vtk-chec.patch | [PATCH 1/2] Do not use sys.exit(...) in python snippet for vtk checks. This will exit the whole program (including the surrounding C++ code. In a parallel run this is fatal as only rank 0 will will do the actual checks and that process will exit while the other processes are waiting in a collective communication for the check result. As a fix we introduce a main function with an appropriate return code. |
