| htslib_fix_float_precision | ppc64el float handling fix I dug a bit further and it looks like that sam_parse1() is actually generating a different value for the floats in question, so when they are loaded back for the comparison they are already screwed up because strtod() is used in float_to_le() and so also in u32_to_le(), which are inlined and float_to_le() takes a float and not a double as the first argument the use strtof() instead of strtod() in there looks the best, avoiding a truncation from double to float, which might cause precision issues, specially between different archs (like casts) plus optimization. So the following change fixed the issue for me. |

| fmt11.patch | fix the build against fmtlib 11 Two incompatibilities introduced by fmtlib 11: . * fmt::join moved out of fmt/format.h into fmt/ranges.h, so fmt_writer.h has to include the latter explicitly. The header exists in fmtlib 10 as well, so this keeps building against the fmtlib currently in unstable. * basic_string_view's constructor taking a bare const char* is now guarded by FMT_CONSTEXPR20, so it is only constexpr when compiling as C++20 or later; fmtlib 10 guarded the same constructor with FMT_CONSTEXPR_CHAR_TRAITS, which is already constexpr in C++17. This package builds as C++17, so the constexpr array of string_view_t that spdlog builds out of SPDLOG_LEVEL_NAMES can no longer be initialised from bare string literals. Pass explicit lengths, exactly as spdlog's own SPDLOG_LEVEL_NAME_* macros do; the emitted level names are unchanged. =================================================================== |
