Backport divergence notes: - Exclude go.mod and go.sum modifications as Debian manages dependencies independently. - Exclude build/generate-extended-cases which was pruned from source. - Exclude TestManifestNumericRegoVersionForFileDeterministic which depends on later upstream refactoring. |
