debian/0001-fortify-source.patch Undefine FORTIFY_SOURCE before define Some toolchains have FORTIFY_SOURCE defined and wlil raise warning
if FORTIFY_SOURCE is defined again. Coupled with -Werror, this warning
will become an build error.
So, undefine FORTIFY_SOURCE before defining it to get rid of this
