Add a fallback definition of PATH_MAX if not already defined This is an easy hack to make libdvdread build also on GNU/Hurd, which does not provide PATH_MAX by design. A better approach (i.e. getting rid of PATH_MAX) is more suitable for upstream, rather than as a distro-specific patch.
