| 0002-Revert-unnecessary-SOVERSION-bump.patch | Revert unnecessary SOVERSION bump This is the remainder of the original patch to completely eliminate the ABI breakage after the introduction of the `std::string_view` interface. Upstream still bumped the SOVERSION to 27 in a partial revert (they had bumped to 28 already as part of their release process and seemingly forgot they had to downgrade *twice* to undo the original increase). As version 1.9.8 remains fully binary compatible with SOVERSION 26, this patch will keep the old SOVERSION for Debian until the next (real) ABI change. |
