Fix 'Vary' header The patch fixes problem described here: https://github.com/google/ngx_brotli/issues/97
"brotli_static on;" causes "Vary: Accept-Encoding" to be added to every file (including images, ...) The patch fixes the problem and adds "Vary: Accept-Encoding" only to responses when brotli static compression is used.
