0002-Use-global-release-settings.patch	Don't override global build profile settings Debian's cargo wrapper already generates a global config.toml with [profiles.release] according to Debian build flags. Entries in Cargo.toml [profile.release] would take precedence. Disable Cargo.toml profile settings and rely on wrapper settings instead.
