reproducible-commonjs-wrapping.patch make the CommonJS wrapping deterministic @rollup/plugin-commonjs defaults to strictRequires: "auto", where a module is
wrapped in a lazy require*() function if it happens to be seen as
conditionally required before it is transformed. That decision depends on the
order in which the asynchronous module loads complete, so acorn ends up
wrapped or inlined at random: the "node" and "browser" CJS bundles, which are
otherwise identical, already differ from each other in a single run.
