OpenSSL 4.0 renamed their error codes once again, now the errors are prefixed with just 'tls', not 'ssl/tls'. This makes the negotiation failure tests fail. . Let's just reduce the matching to the core of the error name that should not be changing that often. There are no other errors that would match this string.
