lp-2142024-tests-ovn-controller-Sort-output-of-dump-flows.patch [PATCH ovn] tests/ovn-controller: Sort output of dump-flows.
This test is failing on s390x architectures due to the output being
ordered wrong [0]. This is a relatively easy fix and in other areas of
the testsuite we do the same thing to ensure consistency, so it makes
sense to be done here.

The purpose of run_* commands is to start the service and never detach.
In this case run_ovnbr_ovsdb was detaching due to a typo in the variable
