Fix test suite for Debian package build * Run tests needing the full dnsmasq integration with a dedicated autopkgtest test, instead of running the during build time. * In that test, run a local bind9 DNS server instead of forwarding queries to the system DNS resolver/server. * Adapt queries in tests so that they can be answered by that bind9 server.
