| restrict-package-discovery.patch | Restrict package discovery to the Python Codon Tables library Setuptools discovers implicit namespace packages in a flat source tree. When building from a Git checkout, tracked Debian packaging files can consequently be installed as package data under dist-packages/debian, causing file conflicts with other packages built the same way. Limit discovery to the library and its subpackages, retaining the bundled codon usage tables while excluding unrelated source directories. |
