| offline-sv-tabular-metadata-tests.patch | make structural variant tabular tests independent of reference downloads The new upstream tests for the structural-variant columns of VariantCollection.to_dataframe() leave the variants on the default GRCh38 reference. Since to_dataframe() now validates contigs against the annotation, the tests try to download the Ensembl 81 GTF and fail in the offline Debian build environment. Give the fixture variants a minimal local genome so that these schema tests stay offline. =================================================================== |
