| use_debian_packaged_libhdf5.patch | Use Debian packaged libhdf5 Include the system <hdf5.h> (found via -I from LinkingTo: Rhdf5lib) rather than a bundled copy. The link flags are obtained from Rhdf5lib::pkgconfig(), which in the Debian Rhdf5lib package resolves to the system HDF5 static library and its dependencies; there is no longer a bundled Rhdf5lib.so to link against. |

| fix-hdf5deref.patch | Default H5Rdereference to H5Rdereference2 if it has been defined=================================================================== | Nilesh Patra <nilesh@debian.org> | no | 2022-05-14 | ||
| hdf5-1.14.patch | Build against the system HDF5 using the 1.10 API compatibility macros The upstream sources target the HDF5 1.10 API. Debian ships a newer HDF5, so request the 1.10 API compatibility layer at compile time. . The original patch also adjusted src/H5constants.c for the removal of H5I_REFERENCE in HDF5 1.14; that change has since been applied upstream and is no longer required. |
