llvm22-options-header-rename.patch comgr: adapt to LLVM 22 clang/Options/ split
In LLVM 22 the clang options machinery was lifted out of the Driver
library into its own clang/Options tree:

* OPT_* enums moved to namespace clang::options and are declared in
clang/Options/Options.h (symbols moved into libclangOptions).
* GetResourcesPath was lifted off clang::driver::Driver as a static
method and is now a free function in namespace clang, declared in
clang/Options/OptionUtils.h.

Upstream ROCm has the same migration on amd-staging.		 Talha Can Havadar <havadartalha@gmail.com> not-needed 2026-05-20
