read-only. Upstream's SVG reader tests create fixture files under a relative
.tmp directory, so they fail with EACCES in autopkgtest. Use a process-specific
directory under std::env::temp_dir() instead.

disable-host-bindgen-layout-tests.patch Disable host-specific bindgen layout tests The generated bindgen assertions encode the alignment of the host used to
generate the bindings. They assume 8-byte alignment for ClipperPointD and
ClipperPoint64, but those types have 4-byte alignment on i386 and hurd-i386.
Disable these generated assertions so the repr(C) bindings can be compiled
