| Patch | Description | Author | Forwarded | Bugs | Origin | Last update |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| auto/auto-remove-features.patch | This patch was autogenerated using debcargo via `remove_features`. Do not edit manually! | no | ||||
| 0001-drop-unneeded-benchmark-dependencies.patch | Drop dev-dependencies with no Build-Depends coverage crc32-v2 0.2.0's dev-dependencies -- bump2version, crc, crc32fast, criterion, and zlib-rs -- have no Build-Depends in the generated debian/control, since debcargo only translates [dependencies]/ [build-dependencies] by default; dev-dependencies are exempt because the default dh_auto_test just runs `cargo build`. This package's debian/rules overrides that to run `cargo test`, which does need every dev-dependency resolvable, so each one has to be either dropped or given a matching Build-Depends by hand. Dropping is simpler and lower-risk: none are referenced by any compiled src/ code, only by doc comments and the benchmark harness (already excluded from the tarball via autobenches = false). bump2version is upstream's release tooling; crc, crc32fast, and zlib-rs are reference implementations the benchmarks compare against; criterion is the benchmark harness itself. |

| 0002-remove-napi-pyo3-bindings.patch | Remove napi/pyo3 optional dependencies and binding code The node and python features are dropped with remove_features in debcargo.toml, but that cannot drop the optional dependencies behind them (napi, napi-derive, pyo3, napi-build). Drop them here, plus the src/lib.rs references. The bindings only serve Node.js and Python callers of crc32-v2, not Rust dependents. |
