| relax-deps.patch | Relax non-lru dependency constraints to versions in Debian sapling-streampager 0.12.0 pins notify 6.x and toml 0.9.x; Debian sid ships notify 8.x and toml 1.x. The [features] block (keymap-file, load_file, toml_config) is commented out because it would pull in notify and toml dependencies via the feature flags. . The lru relax from 0.16 to 0.12.3 that used to be in this patch is no longer needed: rust-lru 0.16.4 is in the archive alongside this upload, so upstream's "0.16" constraint stands.
