expand-SOVERSION-with-minor-version.patch expand SOVERSION with minor version
During spdlog 1.9 -> 1.10, upstream breaks ABI without bumping SOVERSION.
Upstream decides not to fix it for 1.10, but they will use
${SPDLOG_VERSION_MAJOR}.${SPDLOG_VERSION_MINOR} as SOVERSION since 1.11.

However in Debian, the release team argues we need to fix the ABI breakage.
So this patch backports upstream SOVERSION changes to 1.10.
