PR97.patch fix working with newer requests-cache versions
Just inline the simple internal symbols that were being imported
from requests-cache (since it no longer exports them).

PR105.patch [PATCH 1/2] Fix for newer requests-cache Bernat Arlandis <berarma@hotmail.com> yes debian 2023-06-29
requests-cache-1.2.patch port to requests-cache 1.x requests-cache 1.0 deprecated, and 1.2 removed, the APIs this module uses:
.
* CachedSession.remove_expired_responses(), replaced by
BaseCache.delete(expired=True)
* BaseCache.has_key(), replaced by BaseCache.contains()
* the BaseCache attributes the custom create_key() reads (PR105 targeted
1.1); the settings now live in BaseCache._settings
.
create_key() hashes the request URL and body as it did with requests-cache
0.5, which ignored no parameters by default, so the keys still match the ones
recorded in the test cache.

tests-recorded-cache.patch load the recorded HTTP cache with requests-cache 1.x The tests run offline, from the TheTVDB responses recorded in tests/httpcache
as pickled requests-cache 0.5 objects, which requests-cache 1.x can't load.
Convert them to CachedResponse when loading them, and pass the FileCache
backend to CachedSession as an instance, the way requests-cache 1.x takes
custom backends. PR105 switched the tests to the filesystem backend instead,
which misses every recorded response and needs network access.
