This patch modifies `rollup.config.js` to:
1. Replace rollup-plugin-esbuild with `rollup-plugin-typescript2`.
2. Merge `resolveDefine()` since `rollup-plugin-typescript2` does not
support esbuild's `define` option directly.
3. Remove esbuild options (`minify`, `target`).
4. Replace `@swc/core` minification with a dummy function.
