| simdcore-neon-armhf-mfpu.patch | Build the NEON SIMD plugin with -mfpu=neon on 32 bit ARM On AArch64 NEON is part of the base ISA, so the intrinsics in akneon.h compile without any extra flag. On 32 bit ARM it is optional -- the Debian armhf baseline is ARMv7 with VFPv3-D16 and no NEON -- so without -mfpu=neon GCC refuses to inline the always_inline intrinsics and the build fails: arm_neon.h:10952:1: error: inlining failed in call to 'always_inline' 'float32x4_t vld1q_f32(const float32_t*)': target specific option mismatch Every other SimdCore plugin already passes its own -m flags this way; only the NEON one was missing them. Enabling NEON for this translation unit is safe because AkSimdPrivate::haveNEON() checks /proc/cpuinfo before the plugin is ever loaded. |
