swig-4.5.0.patch Update code for SWIG 4.5.0 The Python 2 C API macros removed PyString_FromString and
PyString_AsString have been removed in release 4.5.0 of SWIG and
replaced by the macros PyUnicode_FromString and PyBytes_AsString.
