FEFF has been removed from the package FEFF binaries are not DFSG compliant. Source code is being used to create a dedicated package to provide the FEFF support.
Neuter the pyshortcuts support Debian has established methods to support XDG, desktop files and icons. pyshortcuts is not packaged and would need to be neutered in a similar way if it was packaged. Remove pyshortcuts and gut the support scripts.
This patch may need extending for certain runtime behaviours.
