The function uhd::get_pkg_path which returns the "UHD package path"
derived the path indirectly from the library path. This approach may be
incorrect, for example for recent Linux distributions with merged /usr
directories.

The new implementation calls uhd::build_info::install_prefix which
returns the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX. This means that the function now
returns exactly the configured installation prefix just as it is
